4 Tips to Get Cooperation:

  1. Break It Fast – As in break the ice. Fun fact, cool story, anything that gets them to relax.
  2. Feed Them – Positivity, light, engagement and energy. Their mirror neurons will thank you.
  3. Remember When — Share a relevant story or anecdote that is relevant to what is going on.
  4. Right On — as in they are so right to feel the way that they do, because their feeling absolutely belong to them. They can’t help but smile, agree, and lean in.
